This guided 35 minute healing meditation exercise helps to harmonize your whole being and energise and balance the body.

This meditation can also help you to fall a sleep easier when going to bed at night and to fall asleep again when you wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep because of the busyness of the mind or because of waking up from a nightmare or panic attack. It helps restore balance and harmony and helps quieten the mind.

During this meditation you will be asked to place your hands on specific areas of the body in a sequence of steps. Each step of the sequence takes several minutes, during which you will be also reminded to relax and stay focused on the meditation.

This meditation is created by Ivo Nieling from Inari Raphael Ltd. He has studies Jin Shin Jyutsu for over 10 years and is a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and self-help teacher.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient healing art, which uses gentle pressure of the hands to stimulate and restore energy flow within the body, restoring balance and harmony. It helps to release accumulated tension and stress and restore flow, enabling the body to heal itself.
