This 2 day workshop will give you the experience needed to enable you to integrate the tools of Jin Shin Jyutsu fully into your own life, and will leave you with a deeper awareness and understanding of how the energies within your body function. This will help you to become aware of blockages before they fully manifest as an ailment within your body and enable you to restore the energy flow and maintain and optimize your overall health and wellbeing.

Most of our seminars will be held at Sharda Centre in Tuakau (South Auckland).
