Once a blockage has manifested further into the physical, it is recommended to use a combination of both the spiritual healing and the medical approach to clear it on all levels. Some blockages need to be addressed from both directions. You are a spiritual being in a physical body and therefore, we recommend to honour both the spiritual and the physical.

Usually one Shamanic Healing session is sufficient. Deeper issues may have multiple layers and during your session everything that is ready to be cleared will be cleared. Over time, while your soul progresses its learning, the clearing of the first layer will integrate deeper and more fully and another layer may come up for healing. Our healings are always done in harmony with your higher soul journey, so your soul learning possibilities are not taken away from you.
We generally find that it takes most clients approx. 4-6 months and sometimes even longer before they are fully ready for another session. This is because of the normal progress people make through life, which raises their vibration and then brings up the layers that can’t stay in the higher vibration. These layers are often experienced as if something is “brewing” inside. For some people this process is quicker than others. We always recommend to follow your own feelings and inner guidance regarding if, when, and with who you need another session. Generally we found that a 6-monthly shamanic healing is beneficial for your ongoing healing and spiritual growth. Therefore, we recommend 6-monthly healings for those that are serious about their spiritual growth and are dedicated to be a pioneer of the New earth Realm that is opening in a higher vibration on Earth.

No, Remote Healings are as powerful as In Person Healings. We recommend Remote Healings over In Person Healings, because with remote healings you can stay at home in your own environment and receive the healing without needing to travel before and after the healing. You are also more likely to fall asleep during the healing when you receive the healing in the comfort of your own home, which may help you to be more open to receive the healing on a deeper level and integrate the healing to its maximum potential.

A Rainbow Card Reading generally covers 8-12 months. Therefore it may be helpful to have a reading once a year. If circumstances have drastically changed in your life, you might be ready for a reading earlier.
